I enjoyed this quiet little place during my one-night stay. the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location was stunning, right next to the Gemmipass cable car. It was also conveniently close to the hotel's restaurant, Beau-Séjour, and a ski lift.

Lovely and beautiful location, the hotel was next to a cable car station. Had nice dainties at Kehr Cafe Tea-Room, located right next to the property.

A such great way to end my christmas. Exceptionally kind staff, excellent services, and marvellous location very close to the Gemmibahn. Outstanding and well-organised room available with a balcony, good breakfast. Tasty breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes.

The place was quite clean and well-located near a cable car, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and Switzerland.

The staff was not friendly at all and I was very disappointed by the service and facilities for the cost of the room. There was an extra cost to use the sauna (20 CHF per person), which, in my opinion, for such an expensive room rate, should at the very least be an included service.

simply no complains at all, pleasant stay. simple and clean place, panoramic view over the mountains. location - perfect and convenient, close enough to cable car and trail start, the restaurant, and the beginner's / kid's skiing. also, very close to train station. comfortable bedroom. large bathroom with a bathtub; really helpful staff.

This place is nicely sized with spacious bathrooms and located in a beautiful spot right next to a cable car station.

Web site not giving the correct information or prices for the services (no WIFI, sauna only with extra cost, parking 100% more expensive than declared). Unpleasant breakfeast service and waitress hardly speaks any international language. Synthetic bed covers. For 240.-/night (low season): far too expensive!

Location

The owner (big German w/mustache) is more interested in packing his restaurant and beer then anythging else. He was also extremely rude to our wifes, so won;t be staying there again.

I had a superb stay during Christmas time. the room was extremely spacious and featured central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. the views of the mountains and surroundings were amazing. the bathroom was modern, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would definitely come back.

The hotel was quiet, super clean, had a very good restaurant, was an ideal location ( at the bottom of the Gemmibahn)

The hair dryer in my room kept over-heating, and shutting off until it cooled down (what a pain!!). When I checked in, the desk person seemed annoyed to have to deal with me... a really bad first impression.

Room was a good size and well equipped with clothes drier, balcony table and loungers, large wardrobe and plenty of hangers. Restaurant had good atmosphere and was well frequented.

As with many Swiss hotels, the quality and range of toiletries in the bathroom was minimal. The hotel is near the Gemmi lift, but a bit of a walk to the baths - this was good for us, but other visitors might need to consider which is more important for them.

Everything was great, had a really enjoyable stay during the Christmas holiday.
